Symptoms

The Admin Console crashes or presents an error after attempting to move the built-in database automatically. It is also possible that all of the servers may appear to be in "Maintenance Mode" when viewing the monitoring dashboard.

Cause

The automatic move feature of the Admin Console fails to complete the operation.

Resolution

From the ENow Web server,

Open Windows Explorer and navigate to \inetpub\wwwroot\Mailscape\MailscapeWeb\Database\ to delete the MovingDatabase.txt file.
Open the Services console and restart the ENow Web Service.
