Symptoms
The following is presented when you try to launch the ENow Administration Console:
When browsing to the EMS web site the following is also presented:
Cause
The path pointing to the aspnet_filter.dll is incorrect.
Resolution
Open IIS Manager.
Select which site you want to configure
In the middle pane, select ISAPI Filters.
Expand the columns as required and look for an Executable path with "\\".
Click Edit:
From the above example screenshot, change the "\\" to "\". The path will be:
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet_filter.dll
