Symptom

The Resources indicators may display an error after clicking on them that is similar to the following:

Cause

Upgrading the ENow Management Server web site can sometimes cause the actual web pages from being displayed properly.

Resolution

From the ENow Web Server:

Open Windows Explorer and navigate to \Program Files (x86)\ENow\MailscapeWeb\MailscapeData\Database\Properties.
Notice that there are folders names that match the name of each server being monitored and within each of them delete the file named ResourceNextRecord.txt.
After completing the deletion of the files, open IIS manager and recycle the Mailscape App Pool.
