Symptoms
When viewing the web site dashboard with IE, red or yellow indicators are not blinking or flashing.
Cause
Internet Explorer has been configured to disable GIF animations.
Resolution
To enable GIF animations, open Internet Explorer, click the settings menu icon, and select “Internet Options.”
Click over to the “Advanced” tab, scroll down to the “Multimedia” section, and check the “Play Animations in Webpages” option. Afterwards select Apply and OK, then restart your browser.
