Please follow the steps below to manually move the database to a new location on your ENow Web Server:
- Launch IIS Manager and select the Sites > Mailscape > MailscapeWeb node, then select Advanced Settings(on the right under Actions).
- Take note of the Physical Path (The default path is C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Mailscape\MailscapeWeb\).
- Stop the MailscapeAppPool.
- Stop the ENow Web Service.
- Copy the following folder into clipboard: C:\Program Files (x86)\ENow\MailscapeWeb\MailscapeData.
- Paste the MailscapeData folder into the desired path.
- Open the following file with an Administrator Notepad: MailscapeWeb\Database\Database.config(Path to MailscapeWeb referenced in step 2 above).
- The Modify the path to the listed in this file to point to the new location for the MailscapeData folder:
- Database: C:\Program Files(x86)\ENow\MailscapeWeb\MailscapeData\Database
- LogFiles: C:\Program Files(x86)\ENow\MailscapeWeb\MailscapeData\LogFiles
- MessageLogs: C:\ProgramFiles (x86)\ENow\MailscapeWeb\MailscapeData\Database\MessageLogs
- Reports: C:\Program Files(x86)\ENow\MailscapeWeb\MailscapeData\Reports
- ActiveSyncActivity:C:\Program Files(x86)\ENow\MailscapeWeb\MailscapeData\Database\ActiveSyncActivity
- BlackBerryActivity:C:\Program Files (x86)\ENow\MailscapeWeb\MailscapeData\Database\BlackBerryActivity
- UICache: C:\Program Files(x86)\ENow\MailscapeWeb\MailscapeData\UICache
- Save the file.
- Restart the ENow Web Service.
- Restart the MailscapeAppPool.
- Launch the ENow Admin Console and verify the new Database path by navigating to Server > Deployment > Built-In Database.
