How to Change the Mailscape Message Tracker Fetch Interval

In order to reduce the memory impact by the Mailscape Message Tracker on HUB Transport Servers, it will be necessary to change the Fetch Interval from the default of 1440 (24 hours) to 60. |

Procedure |

1. On each HUB Transport Server, open File Explorer and browse to "C:\Program Files (x86)\ENow\Mailscape Agent" and open the MailscapeMessageTracker.config with notepad 2. The last line in this file contains the fetch interval value: “FetchInterval: 1440” should be changed to “FetchInterval: 60” |
